Mentorpolis.com is a novel venture by a bunch of IIT Delhi grads in education space. It builds a communication channel which connects mentees who seek academic and professional advice, with accomplished and suitable mentors via Telephonic Consultations and Web Seminars.We are looking to hire self driven, enthusiastic and innovative individuals as interns. It can be an ideal head start and opportunity to enhance the student’s business skills and allow them the opportunity to gain exposure to the many facets of a start-up company.

Social Media Intern

The intern will be responsible for the social media marketing efforts of MentorPolis which entails
- Increase and improve presence of MentorPolis on various social media forums
- Drive web marketing on career-related blogs and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Market MentorPolis events and updates on web through innovative mediums and raise awareness
- Communicate with those interested and should have natural instinct for what to say, when, where and how to say it in today's social media landscape
He/She will be our voice on these sites, promoting a cool new web platform to students and career professionals, and should have a strong motivation to work with a startup given the level of responsibilities to be entrusted with.
Experience & Competencies
- Must be VERY active in various social networks and have actively cultivated their own following on at least one of social media sites
- Must be able to give examples of a blog or other writing that demonstrates their style and creativity
- Very familiar with online social media tools and inquisitive about the latest internet trends
Marketing Intern

Job Description
The marketing analyst will be responsible for the end to end marketing efforts of a given zone which entails
- Drafting and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan for the given zone
- Networking /Corresponding with institutions and potential association and customers
- Sensitizing schools and colleges through mails, posters, coordinating in conducting the student reach out events
- Spotting opportunities for marketing activity, events, promotions etc.
He/She will be our voice in these zones, promoting MentorPolis services and its benefits to students and career professionals, and should have a strong motivation to work with a startup given the level of responsibilities to be entrusted with.
Experience & Competencies
- Must be VERY good in networking and managing people and should be hardworking and punctual to work and timelines
- Should have excellent communication skills and should be highly innovative to proactively come up with new opportunities
- Previous experiences of managing and executing college festivals as a senior authority would be highly desirable
Operations Intern
Location
Any, preferably Gurgaon
Job Description
The research analyst will be responsible for the operations, content and database development efforts of MentorPolis which entails
- Conducting research related to business development, marketing and content development
- Identification of new topics, and performing initial research on it (use the frameworks devised by MentorPolis to do additional research)
- Interacting with Mentors and Mentees to connect them smoothly
- Support the seniors of the team in their work and assist with some administrative duties related to the office infrastructure
The Internship position will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and maturation of the firm which will allow them to gain invaluable work experience. He/She should have a strong motivation to work with a start-up given the level of responsibilities to be entrusted with.
Experience & Competencies
- Should have good writing skills and should be highly innovative to proactively come up with new ideas
- Should be VERY good in research on web and should be a keen learner
- Proven time-management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and juggle several projects while working under tight deadline pressure
