Intern

Experience: 0 to 2 years of industry experience

Education Background: Graduate or Post graduate from reputed university

Roles and Responsibilities: Interns are at a very special position in RedSeer consulting; we put lot of our experience, energy and effort to ensure they get the best of the learning. We take interns through the whole life cycle of research and consulting projects, assigning them varying type and level of responsibilities. Typically an intern will be working on all or some of the following aspects:
1. Case building
2. Building and proving hypothesis
3. Industry research
4. Pre-sales and Sales
5. Analytics
6. Coordinating with consultants and analysts on client issues

Associate Consultant

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in research and consulting role

Education Background: Graduate or Post graduate from reputed university

Roles and Responsibilities: Consultants are very critical and are key to our client’s success. They are at helm of delivering turnkey solutions to pressing problems.

1. Defining Problem statements
2. Drafting proposals
3. Creating Project Plans
4. Project Delivery
5. Account Management
6. Organizational Initiatives
